The valve should be positioned in such a way that the ‘UP’ indicator on the valve points up. Ensure that cold and hot water pipes are connected to each side of the valve. Weld these parts together but you should be careful as overheating should not occur. Mount the valve inside the wall and further connect the raise pipe and the spout pipe into the welded adapters. A brass cap may be used if the valve doesn’t have any spout to obstruct the outlet that you’re not going to use. Insert the shower.

Faucet handle can be put into place by inserting it into that valve and then insert the adapter of handle screw into the cartridge in order to be able to use the hexagonal key. The shower head can be installed by connecting an upper outlet to the supply pipe of shower head. Use the adjustable wrench to fasten the shower head. The spout can be installed by placing spout on copper pipe where the screw faces to upward position. Make sure that the screw is tight using a hexagonal key. Once the screw is tight enough, you can return the spout to its normal position.

After inspecting the assembly to make sure that there aren’t any leaks, you should turn on water supply to be certain that the assembly is complete. If there aren’t any mishaps, you now have a working shower.
